Right Before I Go
Teoli is thrilled to create an original score for Stan Zimmerman’s play, “Right Before I Go”. Stan Zimmerman's suicide awareness play, Right Before I Go, highlights the raw struggles of people in all walks of life that have died by suicide. The play brings to life the last words written in letters by individuals lost-including celebrities, veterans, children, those identifying as LGBTQ+ and people who have experienced a range of mental health calamities-as well as those who have survived attempts. This production, made up of cast & crew members who worked on Gilmore girls together, along with Academy Award nominated veteran of the film industry, Virginia Madsen, brings increased awareness to the topic of suicide, while engaging people in meaningful conversations about mental health.

Housewife '52 Nominated for BEST MUSICAL
After a successful premier run at The Hollywood Fringe Festival, Teoli’s new musical, “Housewife ‘52” received a BEST MUSICAL nomination. Created and written by John Wuchte, the show features songs co-written by Wuchte and Teoli. Teoli also Arranged, Music Directed and played guitar in the show.
Rihanna's Fenty Beauty
Rihann'a’s Fenty Beauty held an influencer event in Hollywood this past February, 2022. Teoli was tasted with creating the music for the featured presentation of the night. Rihanna herself was in attendance and presented the event.

Though now a seasoned theatre veteran, Gatsby an Immersive Illumination Chapter 1: East Egg is Michael’s first time creating an original score for immersive theatre! The show Directed by Kristen Boulé and presented by 2Cents Theatre is running NOW and Michael’s jazz score has already been mentioned in nearly every review!
Still Waiting For Lefty
Michael was commissioned to create an original song to act as a “sister song” to We Didn’t Start The Fire for Gregory Craft’s original play, Still Waiting For Lefty playing at the 2021 Hollywood Fringe Festival! The song, “We Didn’t Light The Match” is an original “list song” that covers popular culture and events from 1989 (when We Didn’t Start The Fire was released) to present day. TheatreZone’s production of Tonya & Nancy: The Rock Opera won 4 Broadway World Regional Awards including Production of a Musical of The Decade! Director Mark Danni took home Director of The Decade for his work on the show. Tlaloc Lopez-Watermann set design won set design of the decade, and our Nancy, Whitney Winfield took home the gold for Vocalist Of The Decade!!! Congrats to all!!!
